Goods can also be paid for via invoice, however this cannot be done via the Premier Innovations Limited website. Please contact us place an order. An invoice will then be emailed or posted to you.
We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and send a further email to confirm that we have processed your order.
Payment for all goods bought via the website is required immediately. All invoices need to be settled within 28 days of the invoice date.
Orders can be sent to any UK or Republic of Ireland address. Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the order. Delivery charges are automatically calculated on the Website when you place your order. For orders that require an invoice, delivery charges will be agreed at the time of the order placement. Orders will normally be dispatched the next working day after the order has been placed online. Orders are dispatched either by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Inter-Link Next Delivery. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused item provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 30 days from receipt of goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
